Operator and purpose

Kingston Con Pty Ltd (ABN 83 623 882 842), Unit 5/138 Argus St Cheltenham, provides these services for approved workforce and office users to manage Kingston Con operations. Use the services only for authorised work purposes.

Your account and records

• Keep your sign-in method and device access secure, and do not use another person's account.
• Enter complete and accurate daycards and work information to the best of your knowledge.
• Tell the office promptly if an allocation, daycard, contact detail or account record needs correction.
• Do not misuse the services, interfere with them, or try to reach information or functions you are not authorised to use.

Maps and location

Maps, pins, addresses and directions support planning and navigation but can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check the project details and follow site and road-safety requirements. An office-set site pin takes priority over an automated geocoding result.

When a crew user deliberately taps a site event, the app records a location stamp and accuracy reading as explained in the app and our privacy policy. It does not collect location between taps and is not a background or continuous tracking feature.

Connected services

The services use third-party providers for specific functions, including Xero for payroll processing and Google Maps and Firebase for configured app and mapping functions. Provider availability and their own terms or privacy practices may also affect those functions.

Workplace rules and availability

The app and dashboard support operational records; they do not replace employment terms, payroll review, site instructions, safety procedures or legal obligations. We may maintain, change or temporarily interrupt the services where reasonably required. Report errors to the office so the underlying record can be checked.
